More about me

I was incredibly shy, awkward, and a huge people-pleaser in my early 20s.

Yet I've worked or studied in 4 continents, 6 countries, and 11 cities. I've managed multi-cultural teams.  I've worked in the corporate world for more than a decade in companies like Johnson & Johnson and strategy management consulting A.T. Kearney.

 

I dreaded eye contact, speaking up, bothering others, saying no,  disagreeing with authority, asking for anything, getting the disapproval look from others even if I thought I was right, hurting anyones feelings even if it had nothing to do with me.

 

I spent more than a decade working on my speaking up assertively skills despite fear and self-doubt. And it increased my confidence and effectiveness.

 

Inspired by the quote "Be the change you want to see in the world" from Gandhi, I left my high paying corporate job to to empower other professionals to be speak up more, communicate assertively, and get what they deserve and dream of.

 

I also have an MBA from INSEAD one of the leading schools in the world. I have an Electrical Engineering degree from the Aeronautical Institute of Technology.
